Parents And Family
Lexington College is a commuter college and most Lexington students reside with their families while studying at Lexington. However, for those students from out of state or an international home, housing options are available in Chicago. For a college student support from family members is valuable and greatly appreciated. It aids each student in having a successful college experience. This support includes financial and emotional support because both are necessary for your daughter/granddaughter/niece to gain the most from her college years. In addition to technical and managerial skills, Lexington College fosters character development and Christian values. The strong core curriculum of General Education (Communication, Humanities, Psychology, Ethics, Theology, etc.) provides sound knowledge and prepares students for their future lives. Lexington faculty seek to integrate underlying principles such as the dignity of the person and a spirit of service in every course. Lexington's academic year is divided into two semesters, spring and fall. The fall semester begins in August and the spring semester begins in January. All new students to Lexington, freshman and transfer students, are required to attend orientation held at the beginning of each semester. Lexington invites each of you to visit Lexington's campus and personally meet the faculty and staff or if you are unable to visit please view our photo tour of Lexington College. |
