Students who have attended another college or university are welcome to apply for admission. Students who have earned at least 24 semester hours or 36 quarter hours at another accredited college or university and hold a cumulative college grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or above are considered “transfer” students; they are eligible to apply to Lexington College, however, they are not guaranteed credit. For admission, transfer students must submit:

1. Completed Lexington College application form including essay.
2. $30.00 non-refundable application fee.
3. All official transcript(s) in a sealed envelope from each college or university attended.
4. A letter of recommendation.
5. Catalogs from each college or university attended.
6. Completed immunization form as required by the State of Illinois.

Transfer students are required to earn at least 30 hours of academic credit at Lexington to earn the Associate’s degree and at least 60 hours of academic credit at Lexington to earn the Bachelor’s degree.
