Adriana Jurado, '08 works at Charlie Trotter's Restaurant as Private Event/Catering Coordinator. She enjoys the high level of quality that the team provides for customers as well as the program of continuing education that Trotter’s employees enjoy.
Mayela Hobbs, '88 is Service Manager for Business Travel Sales and is responsible for five hotels, The Palmer House, Hilton Chicago, O'Hare Airport, Conrad Hilton and The Drake. "To be truly successful, you have to also be happy. I love what I do. I give credit to Lexington for giving me an opportunity to continue my education, giving me the tools, and opening the doors to the hospitality field." Mayela offers advice for Lexington students, "Always stay updated in your field. Your education does not stop after you have graduated. Incorporate your values in your work. Motivate yourself and do not wait for others to do so. You are responsible for your own success."
